RESERVATION
VALIDITY OF THE RESERVATION
Each booking will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay to be sent within 5 days after receiving the confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote or promotions in progress.
CANCELLATIONS
1. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount paid will be fully refunded to you.
2. In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the date of your scheduled arrival, you will be issued a voucher that can be spent within 1 year after being issued in all Color Holiday properties and can be transferred to third parties.
3. If the cancellation is notified to us in the last 6 days before the date of arrival, the full amount paid will be retained.
4. In case of no-show without advance notice the amount paid will be retained.
5. Guests in possession of the premium card: the deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before the date of your arrival.

HOURS
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?
Check-in time is from 2:00pm. If you arrive before that time, you can already register and start enjoying all our services such as All Inclusive, parking, lunch and we will also check if we can deliver your room as soon as possible and let you know when it is ready.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
We kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am. To avoid queues or waiting, we advise guests to pay their bill the night before or during their stay. Late check-out can be requested subject to availability directly at reception at an additional cost.
RESTAURANT
IS LUNCH INCLUDED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE?
Our treatments start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. Any lunch not taken on arrival can be made up on the day of departure by packed lunch.
ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
We cannot guarantee the non-contamination of products as we do not have kitchens dedicated to dealing with severe intolerances or allergies (e.g., celiac disease), so in order to protect you, we ask you to contact us so that we can analyse together the best solution for both parties.
PAYMENTS
EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of early departure, the customer shall pay a cancellation fee of 3 nights. In the case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount shall be retained.
HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR?
Payment directly at the hotel by cash, debit, cheque and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
CHILDREN
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THE KIDS?
The real question is: what shouldn't I bring? Pack light because in the hotel you will find high chairs, safety rails, pushchairs, nightlights, bath tubs, camp beds, bicycle seats, disposable bibs and plastic dishes, bottle warmers and toilet reducers.
REGULATIONS
CAN I BRING MY PET ON HOLIDAY?
Your furry friends are welcome! We accept small and medium pets depending on the property (max 10kg in some and max 30kg in others), we will add a small surcharge to the vacation for sanitation of the room at the end of your stay. Pets are allowed in all common areas except the restaurant and pool.
