Booking and cancellation conditions

Full Board: Rates quoted are per stay, per room, full board, excluding All Inclusive & Free Bar service, which can be added separately.
Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00pm onwards. In the event of an early arrival, the reception staff will check the possibility of delivering the room as soon as possible and offer the services available.
Check-out: Check-out time is by 10:00 am, unless otherwise stated. For release after the scheduled time, the daily rate will apply.
Periods less than 3 days: For periods of less than 3 days, a surcharge of 30% on the daily rate applies.

FREE FOR CHILDREN: 1 or 2 children are free in a room with 2 adults.

MEALS NOT CONSUMED: Meals not consumed in the hotel are not deductible from the price of the full board.
REDUCTIONS: Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except when specifically indicated.
VALIDITY OF THE RESERVATION: Each reservation will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days of receipt of the booking confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the entire amount paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher, which can be used until 30 September 2023.
EARLY DEPARTURE: In the event of early departure, the customer shall be required to pay a cancellation fee of 3 nights. In the case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount shall be retained.
HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? Directly at the hotel by cash, debit card and credit card. At the time of booking by postal order, bank transfer and credit card.
